[Error] - Crystal Report 2013

Hi Experts,

     I need some help regarding crystal report. Recently on Crystal Report 2008, this code is working. But when I upgrade to Crystal Report 2013. I've received this error, please see image below. Any suggestions? BTW, I'm using DLL version: 14.0.3500.0
