Hi Gianluca,
an Extension Package is not installed using the ARD file in addon administration. But instead you have to create a package.There is a button in the VS SBO Studio Extension Package screen :

It creates a zip file which you install through the extension manager ( https://SERVER:30010/ExtensionManager/ ). Make sure to include all nedded files.
Basically you import the addon there and assign it to your company. It is quite straight forward.
On next SBO client login it will install the addon.
