Multiple people are posting this same question, in different fashions, with different titles. It was first asked 2 days ago and was answered - I can't see that thread now, may be it was rejected http://scn.sap.com/message/16659743). The same thread with the same title was posted today and was rejected again. Now, this is the 3rd thread I am seeing for the same requirement.

You need to pass the document ID key (Attributes DOCNO, DOCTP, DOCYR of class
CL_DOCUMENT_BCS, along with the Outbox folder ID key (retrieved using function module SO_USER_READ_API1), to SO_SOFM_INSERT function module, so that the document is linked to the Outbox.
