For current monthly revenue, you set element definition as below picture after you double-click each lead column.

For revenue YTD, refer to the following process.

1. You double-click revenue YTD field and select “with Value Field” radio button in process cells as below picture.

2.You set element definition as below picture for revenue YTD.
